Rho Thomas concentrates her practice on trademark enforcement issues, with a particular focus on litigating disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the USPTO. She regularly counsels businesses on brand protection and related issues.
Additionally, Rho devotes considerable time to pro bono work. She serves as a member of the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee and represents a non-profit housing organization in its trademark enforcement work.
While in law school, Rho served as an Executive Editor and Managing Board Member for the Alabama Law Review and was inducted into the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society.

Represent a non-profit housing organization's domestic and international trademark portfolio, including domestic and international oppositions and cancellations for the non-profit organization. We have also provided counsel regarding potential trademark litigation. Specifically, we secured a favorable settlement in a case that centered on a declaratory judgment action seeking to invalidate the non-profit's mark.
Represents a leading footwear and apparel manufacturer in trademark litigation and enforcement work.
