Bobby Seifter focuses his practice on business and finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Seifter worked with the firm in its Corporate, Trademark, and Litigation groups as a summer associate in 2014 and 2015.

While attending law school, Mr. Seifter was Articles Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and was a Teaching Assistant for Professor Michael Wells where he assisted first year law students in Torts I and II courses. Mr. Seifter was also an intern in the Commercial Transactions and Litigation Division of the Office of Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens in Atlanta, Georgia where he drafted briefs and memoranda for matters before the State of Georgia.

While attending Florida State University, Mr. Seifter was Student Senate President and then Student Body Vice President of the Florida State University Student Government Association. As Student Senate President, he presided over a legislative body of 60 students that allocated and managed a budget of $11 million. As Student Body Vice President, Mr. Seifter represented 40,000 students and oversaw the Student Government Association’s Executive Cabinet comprised of 15 student leaders. He was Founder and Chair of the Florida State University Student Foundation, a student led organization that raised and allocated funds for development programs. Mr. Seifter also served as an intern Governor Charlie Crist’s Office of Legislative Affairs in Tallahassee, Florida where he worked to promote Governor Crist’s legislative agenda in the Florida Legislature. He was selected as a member Florida State University’s 2010 Homecoming Court under the criteria of academic achievement, past leadership roles, and service to the university community. The entire student body elected Mr. Seifter to serve as Florida State University’s 2010 Homecoming Chief.


Representing AT&T Inc. in its pending acquisition of Straight Path Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: STRP), a publicly-traded communications company with a nationwide portfolio of millimeter wave spectrum, including 39 GHz and 28 GHz wireless licenses, for $1.6 billion.

Represented CRH plc, the international building materials group, in its pending acquisition of Ash Grove Cement Company, a leading U.S. cement manufacturer for $3.5 billion.
