Overview

Nicole Regna focuses her practice on patent prosecution and counseling in the fields of chemistry and life sciences.

Dr. Regna worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2015 and 2016. While attending Wake Forest University School of Law, Nicole was a research assistant where she assisted in drafting a toxic torts module for the National Academy of Sciences and was a Staff Member of the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property.

Before launching her legal career, Dr. Regna conducted research in the medical sciences, including immunology, molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, and epigenetics.
