Overview

Mannu Harnal focuses his practice on copyright and trademark law and advises clients in a wide range of industries, including sports and entertainment, digital media, technology, financial services, fashion and apparel, and food and restaurant services industries. He handles all aspects of brand protection, enforcement, and monetization. Mannu is experienced in global trademark counseling, including brand strategy, strategic portfolio development, licensing, and rights on the Internet. He also regularly counsels clients on a broad spectrum of copyright matters, including infringement, registration, and fair use issues.

Mannu was recognized as a New York “Rising Star” in 2021 and the five years immediately preceding for Intellectual Property by Super Lawyers magazine.

Mannu is fluent in Hindi and proficient in French and Spanish.
