Overview

Alex Borovsky focuses his practice on business and finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as a Legal Fellow in the Kinship Care Project at Atlanta Legal Aid Society where he provided legal services to low-income individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic.

While attending Emory University School of Law, Alex worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2019. He served as a legal intern and extern at a leading producer and recycler of aluminum products in Atlanta, Georgia where he assisted on various corporate matters, including the $2.6 billion acquisition of a competitor. Alex was a research assistant for Professors Kamina Pinder and Shlomo Pill and a policy and legislative intern at the Barton Child Law and Policy Center. He was also a Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal.

While attending the University of Georgia, Alex worked as an IT project coordinator intern at a multinational beverage company and a foundation intern at a network of hospitals and medical facilities in Atlanta, Georgia. He also studied business sustainability abroad in Australia and New Zealand.
