In this webinar, we will discuss the cybersecurity, business continuity and privacy challenges facing retailers as they confront the COVID-19 pandemic, deal with the security and privacy challenges of work from home, prepare to reopen establishments safely and responsibly, and change business models for the medium- and long-term. We will discuss major risks in the retail environment together with key mitigation tools and tactics, including ways to manage supply chain and other third party risk, minimize cybersecurity vulnerabilities in remote work and product and service delivery settings, and deal with the resulting changes to traditional administrative, technical, and physical security measures. We will also review other critical risk management considerations for retailers in the reopening and business transformation processes.
