Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Attorney Sara Bradford to Firm’s Denver Office
DENVER, CO (July 28) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Sara Bradford to the firm’s Denver office. Ms. Bradford joins as an associate on the Engineering and Software team in the internationally recognized Intellectual Property Department.
Ms. Bradford focuses her practice on strategic intellectual property counseling and prosecution. Her experience includes both prosecution and litigation work, including post-grant review proceedings in the areas of advertising, facial recognition, and software patents. As a patent litigator, she has enforced patents against competitors and defended her clients against patent infringement allegations. Ms. Bradford has counseled clients regarding patent portfolios involving diverse technologies including medical devices, social media intelligence, optics, language-learning software, and alternative energy sources.
Ms. Bradford holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University. She received her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law.
Prior to beginning her law practice, Ms. Bradford was a software engineer for Rockwell Software, Applied Wave Research, and Intel Corporation.
