Kilpatrick Townsend’s Rob Potter Awarded for Positive Impact
ATLANTA (March 16) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that attorney Rob Potter was recognized for his representation of Positive Impact at the Pro Bono Partnership (PBP) of Atlanta’s 10th Anniversary Volunteer & Donor Appreciation Reception on Tuesday, February 24, at King & Spalding in Atlanta, Georgia.
Positive Impact is an Atlanta organization that provides supportive services for men with HIV and AIDS, and was involved in a trademark dispute that required litigation in the Southern District of New York. The Executive Director of Positive Impact, Paul Plate, spoke passionately about Rob’s role in securing a favorable outcome in the litigation. Thanks to Rob’s efforts, Positive Impact can continue on its mission to empower its clients.
Mr. Potter focuses his practice on trademark and copyright litigation and counseling, with an emphasis on anti-counterfeiting and Internet infringement.
