Kilpatrick Townsend’s Carrie Barbee Speaks on Entertainment Law
LOS ANGELES (March 17) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Caroline Barbee was a featured panelist at Southwestern Law School’s 20th Annual Entertainment Law Career Day sponsored by Law School Career Advisors of Southern California.
The event provided students with information about various entertainment law practice areas. Ms. Barbee joined other attorneys from leading law firms and spoke on the panel “Intellectual Property in the Entertainment Law Realm.”
Ms. Barbee focuses her practice on all areas of intellectual property litigation and enforcement, including copyright and trademark infringement litigation, as well as registering, policing and enforcing trademarks and copyrights. In addition to litigating copyright and trademark infringement cases, Ms. Barbee has experience litigating general commercial disputes involving breach of contract, interference with contractual relations and prospective business advantage, defamation, false advertising and other forms of unfair competition.
