Kilpatrick Townsend’s John Moye Elected to the Governing Board of Crossroads Community Ministries
ATLANTA (October 27) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that attorney John Moye has been elected to the Governing Board of Crossroads Community Ministries.
Crossroads Community Ministries began over 40 years ago when a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church handed a homeless man a sandwich. Today, it is a refuge for people who are homeless in Atlanta, offering compassion with constructive programs designed to give the people who come for help the tools they need to get off the streets. Crossroads’ well-trained staff and committed volunteers provide a variety of services to people who are homeless to find shelter and stability.

Mr. Moye focuses his practice in the areas of technology and software litigation, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, telecommunications, and complex business litigation. He has represented clients in a number of federal and state court proceedings throughout the United States, including representing a large telecommunications provider in a contractual dispute with a number of rural carriers over the provision of so-called “Long Term Evolution” (LTE) technology, representing an iron distributor in a trade secret case against a number of former employees, and representing a number of businesses in cases involving the theft of electronic data. Mr. Moye has also represented a number of software companies in cases arising out of failed software implementations.
