Updates on Emerging Patent Trends and Analytics

This course will discuss the methodology, results, and potential implications from Kilpatrick Townsend’s recent landscape study on patent trends and analytics. The study analyzed a proprietary dataset of U.S. patenting activity extending through 2018 in order to identify trends in the overall patent space as well as at industry-specific levels.
Kilpatrick Townsend Intellectual Property Seminars (KTIPS) is an intensive, two-day patent strategy and protection seminar designed to provide insightful and in-depth training related to current developments in patent law, and how those impact patent procurement and enforcement strategies.
Registration is complimentary for Kilpatrick Townsend clients and guests. Complimentary continental breakfast is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. each day. Lunch and valet parking are also provided. The first day will end with a wine and cheese reception from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

MCLE credit has been approved in California for 6 hours of general credit and in New York for 6 hours of nontransitional credit. Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP will apply for CLE credit when eligible in Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington. For states not listed, a Certificate of Attendance which lawyers may use to self-apply for credit will be provided.
