This presentation will discuss PTAB trials insights and strategies, including how to leverage recent developments at the PTAB. It will cover strategy for filing post-grant proceedings, responding to petitions and adverse final decisions, and potential changes.
Kilpatrick Townsend Intellectual Property Seminars (KTIPS) is an intensive, two-day patent strategy and protection seminar designed to provide insightful and in-depth training related to current developments in patent law, and how those impact patent procurement and enforcement strategies.
Registration is complimentary for Kilpatrick Townsend clients and guests. Complimentary continental breakfast is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. each day. Lunch and valet parking are also provided. The first day will end with a wine and cheese reception from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

MCLE credit has been approved in California for 4 hours of general credit and 1 hour of ethics credit. In New York, 4 hours of nontransitional credit and 1 hour of ethics credit have been approved. Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP will apply for CLE credit when eligible in Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington. For states not listed, a Certificate of Attendance which lawyers may use to self-apply for credit will be provided.
