Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning – Drafting and Prosecution Tips

This presentation will discuss various drafting and prosecution tips for artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. This will cover claims language in addition to subject matter eligibility considerations in the U.S. and in Europe.
Kilpatrick Townsend Intellectual Property Seminars (KTIPS) is an intensive, two-day patent strategy and protection seminar designed to provide insightful and in-depth training related to current developments in patent law, and how those impact patent procurement and enforcement strategies.

MCLE credit has been approved in California for 4 hours of general credit and 1 hour of ethics credit. In New York, 4 hours of nontransitional credit and 1 hour of ethics credit have been approved. Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP will apply for CLE credit when eligible in Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington. For states not listed, a Certificate of Attendance which lawyers may use to self-apply for credit will be provided.
