The U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) was created by the 2011 America Invents Act as a lower-cost forum for challenging U.S. patents through Inter Partes Review (IPR) and Post Grant Review (PGR) proceedings. This program will provide a broad overview of IPR/PGR proceedings, including a recent update on statistics, motion to amend practice, claim construction and practice tips for how best to incorporate PTAB practice as a part of your overall IP strategy. Please join us for this complimentary CLE followed by a networking reception.
