Ethical obligations of attorneys are constantly evolving and violation of those ethical obligations can have draconian consequences. Ethical obligations become particularly complex in the in-house environment where the attorney-client relationship becomes blurred. This presentation focuses on key ethical issues relating to intellectual property impacting in-house attorneys. The session includes both a lecture and an interactive session where groups will apply ethical obligations to fictionalized scenarios.
