The Northwest Gaming Law Summit, now in its 16th year, has become a veritable "who's who" event for the Pacific Northwest and national gaming industry.
This session included a lively discussion with a packed room about the ethical implications of quandaries in which tribal attorneys might find themselves. Various hypotheticals were used about tribal faction, disenrollment, and other internal disputes involving tribal in-house and outside attorneys, based on things that have actually transpired in Washington Indian Country in recent years.
