Successfully drafted and facilitated the passage of an amendment to significantly curtail legislation limiting nuisance lawsuits, defeating China backed corporate lobbyists.

Secured a one-time $115M state appropriation for a commercial service airport, and successfully secured funding of $75M in each successive year.

Passed bipartisan legislation to increase banking fees for secured lending products for a state chartered bank which resulted in increased profits of close to $45M year over year for national lending products.

Provided comprehensive public affairs solutions for private equity backed franchisees to reopen their businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns. Our team organized a coalition, developed and managed media efforts, passed legislation, and ultimately forced an executive order to be issued to accommodate our clients.

Collaborated with Governor’s office to issue an exclusive executive order allowing for a corporate governance change on behalf of a top 10 national bank. 

Passed a financing law for an investor client, authorizing a special assessment to reimburse private parties for costs incurred for critical infrastructure requirements – allowing the multimillion dollar project to proceed.

Raised over $3.2M for national political candidates over four election cycles, supporting a win rate of over 80 percent. Executed millions of dollars in independent expenditure campaigns focused on conservative causes across more than 25 states. 

Raised millions of dollars for state ballot initiatives, organized planning committees, polling, political structures, and authorized expenditures for lobbying, media campaigns, and political mailers.
