Elizabeth Spivey is an associate in the Real Estate Investment & Development practice at Kilpatrick Townsend. Ms. Spivey represents clients in the leasing, acquisition and development of commercial property. Her practice focuses on the representation of national cellular companies in the leasing of ground, tower, and rooftop space for communications facilities.
Prior to practicing law, Ms. Spivey worked as a civil engineer at a multinational engineering and design firm.
