Allison (Allie) Roach focuses her practice on copyright and trademark issues, including clearance, registration, licensing, and enforcement. She has experience litigating copyright cases in federal court on behalf of media and entertainment companies as well as clients in higher education, including defending the university libraries and their collaborative work involving millions of digitized books in a copyright infringement suit filed by the Authors Guild.

Allie also advises clients in a variety of industries--including banking, luxury consumer goods, and flooring and building products--in trademark prosecution and international portfolio strategy, and she manages domestic and international trademark disputes, including representing clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Her years of experience in trademark enforcement, litigation, and dispute resolution inform Allie’s practical and solution-oriented approach to trademark clearance and prosecution strategy, as she works with her clients to find the best strategic path forward while managing risk, taking into account market realities and business concerns.

Allie has been recognized in 2020 and the six years immediately preceding as a Georgia "Rising Star" in the area of Intellectual Property by Super Lawyers magazine.
