As Director of Business Development, Randy collaborates with the firm’s lawyers, management, and clients to promote a strong client-focused culture; increase marketplace awareness; and facilitate cross-practice and cross-office collaboration throughout the firm’s litigation, intellectual property, and business practices across all offices.
Randy also works with the firm’s management and attorneys to enhance and increase business development efforts that result in improved client satisfaction in order to drive client development and retention. Randy also develops, manages, and executes on numerous strategic budgets across multiple practice teams and leads the efforts for client requests for proposals to ensure that the firm’s business development and marketing efforts are aligned with our client’s best interests.
