Monica Parvulescu assists clients with trademark enforcement, protection, and global portfolio management and strategy, and oversees domestic and international contentious proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Parvulescu focused her practice on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, assisting clients in the apparel, entertainment, medical, and technology industries with trademark portfolio management and strategy, and served as Business & Legal Affairs Counsel at one of North America’s largest indie distributors.
