Patrick Miller is a registered patent agent who focuses his practice on patent prosecution and counseling primarily in the areas of technology and software.
Prior to joining the legal profession, Mr. Miller was an engineering intern at Oak Ridge National Laboratory where he conducted research in the practicality of low-cost medical devices. He tested various optical configurations optical configurations for detecting Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering with low-power light sensors.
