Steve Jewett focuses his practice on the computer and telecommunications industries. Mr. Jewett's legal experience includes patent prosecution, trademarks, dispute resolution, intellectual property licensing and commercial transactions. Chambers USA has recognized Mr. Jewett for intellectual property practice and is lauded “very knowledgeable” by his clients.

Mr. Jewett counsels clients in all areas of intellectual property, particularly patents and trademarks. In patent prosecution, he works in a wide range of technologies, including financial services, software, wireless systems, health care systems and telecommunications.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jewett was head of the Intellectual Property Law Group at NCR Corporation in Dayton, Ohio and head of the Intellectual Property and Commercial Law Group at Qwest/US WEST in Denver, Colorado.

Mr. Jewett has been repeatedly recognized by Chambers USA for intellectual property since 2005. He was named a top patent practitioner in 2014 and 2015 by IAM Patent 1000 and was listed in IAM magazine’s prestigious IAM Licensing 250 – The World's Leading Patent & Technology Licensing Lawyers in 2011. He was named by Intellectual Asset Management magazine as a “recommended expert practitioner” in patent and technology licensing in 2011.
