Mr. Fricke focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance and development including retail developments, leveraged leasing, utility projects, biotechnology facilities, medical office buildings, manufacturing facilities, and tax-exempt public finance projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fricke was a partner in the Raleigh office of a North Carolina law firm where he focused his practice primarily on commercial lending and real estate. Previously, Mr. Fricke was partner in the Raleigh office of an international law firm.
Mr. Fricke is listed in the 2015 edition of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business for Real Estate Law. He was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law in 2019 and the eight years immediately preceding. Mr. Fricke was named a North Carolina “Super Lawyer” in the area of Real Estate by Super Lawyers magazine in 2017 and each of the five years immediately preceding. He was recognized as a "Legal Elite" in 2009, 2010 and 2011 and again in 2013 and 2015 by Business North Carolina magazine in the area of Real Estate Law.
