Joe Esposito focuses his practice on commercial real estate development and investment, which includes representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of all types of real estate, mortgage lending and general commercial leasing, including ground leasing.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Esposito served as corporate counsel at The LaSalle Group, Inc., a developer and property manager specializing in senior living residences for independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities across the United States. He represented the company in all aspects of commercial real estate closings, which included performing in-depth title and survey review and drafting, reviewing and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, property management agreements, loan documents, and contractor agreements.

Previously, Mr. Esposito was a judicial intern for Chief Justice Terri Livingston in the Court of Appeals for the Second District of Texas during the summer of 2011, a judicial extern for the Honorable D. Michael Lynn in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas during the spring of 2011, and a legal extern for the Department of Community and Economic Development in the Office of General Counsel for the Governor of Pennsylvania during the summer of 2010.

While attending the University of New Orleans, Mr. Esposito was elected student government senator for the school of business, served as president and treasurer for his fraternity, Phi Kappa Theta, and studied abroad in Innsbruck, Austria.
