An 18 year veteran of the firm, Whitney Deal serves as the firm’s Director of Corporate Citizenship where she is responsible for the strategic integration of the employee volunteer program, diversity and inclusion, philanthropy, community leadership, and sustainability. Whitney created the firm’s first employee volunteer program and later, KT IMPACT, the firm’s overall commitment to active citizenship that enables all members of the firm to make a meaningful impact on society and also helps them develop skills and relationships to enhance their personal and professional growth.
