This was before PCs, smart phones, driverless cars, biosimilar drugs, genetic engineering, and many other innovations that fill our daily lives. Are these factors still alive today? Should they be? Do they lead to fair and realistic results? Are they still a sound methodology for determining patent damages today? If not, what would be better?
