Adrienne Rosen focuses her practice on internal, criminal and SEC investigations, white collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation. She has conducted internal investigations and represented corporate clients, banks and individuals cooperating during government investigations and prosecutions. Ms. Rosen also has experience representing banks and investment firms in complex commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Rosen has extensive experience in grand jury proceedings, involving both individuals and corporations. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rosen served for four years as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan. During that time, she was the sole prosecutor on ten jury trials, and additionally held numerous bench trials and hearings. She also presented countless cases to the grand juries of New York County, interviewed witnesses, developed investigations and interrogated defendants. She speaks fluent French.

Ms. Rosen was recognized as a 2013 Washington, D.C. “Rising Star” in the area of White Collar Criminal Defense by Super Lawyers magazine.
