John Jett represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal court. He has served as first chair in both jury trial and appellate settings. Although he has been involved in a wide variety of cases, he focuses his practice on disputes arising out of the telecommunications, commercial real estate, and credit reporting industries.
Mr. Jett is also active in the firm's pro bono activities. He has represented indigent persons in proceedings across Georgia, and he volunteers each summer with the Anti-Defamation League's Charles Wittenstein program.
Mr. Jett is very involved in the bar and the community. He is a 2010 graduate of the State Bar of Georgia's Younger Lawyers Division's Leadership Academy, and he currently serves on the executive council of the State Bar of Georgia's Younger Lawyers Division. Mr. Jett is an active supporter of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Trees Atlanta, and other civic groups in the metro area.
Mr. Jett was recognized in 2013 as a Georgia "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers magazine.
