ATLANTA (August 23) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that attorney Bob Stupar will serve as a featured panelist at a live webinar presented by Rossdale CLE. The webinar, which will be held Thursday, August 30, is titled “Mastering Loan Modifications, Workouts, & Foreclosures CLE.”
Mr. Stupar will join other industry experts as he covers the latest strategies to provide insight on loan modifications, workouts, government regulations, lending and mortgage origination, and foreclosures. The panel will share the best practices and tactics to represent lenders, banks, home owners, debtors, and commercial clients.
Mr. Stupar concentrates his practice on real estate lending and finance, and general real estate. He regularly represents banks, servicers, insurance companies and other lenders with respect to distressed real estate assets (apartment buildings, shopping malls, strip malls, warehouses, residential developments, office buildings), restructuring and workouts of problem real estate loans. Mr. Stupar regularly counsels clients through the entire problem loan process commencing with the default upon the loan through the initial workout attempts and negotiations, exercise of foreclosure, receivership and other remedies, zoning and building code compliance of foreclosed REO properties, tax and other lien issues, judicial confirmations of the foreclosure sales, and post foreclosure leasing, management and other aspects of ownership and management of real estate properties. Mr. Stupar also represents lenders and banks in real estate loan originations and in post-origination loan restructuring, modifications, and assumptions.
