WASHINGTON, DC (June 26) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Wade Kirshy to the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Kirshy joins the firm as an associate on the Electronics and Software Team in the internationally recognized Intellectual Property Department.
Mr. Kirshy, who was previously with Dewey & LeBoeuf, brings extensive intellectual property experience in the areas of patent litigation, patent prosecution and strategic IP counseling. He specializes in areas of technology including electronics (e.g. circuits, semiconductors), software (e.g. computer, internet), mechanical systems and medical devices, among others.
Mr. Kirshy received his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law where he was associate editor of The Journal of Business and Technology Law. He earned his B.S. in electrical engineering, magna cum laude, from Union College.
