Represented an architectural and engineering firm against the owner on claims arising from the construction of a $100 million plus kosher food manufacturing and processing facility in Newark, New Jersey. Defended claims asserted by various subcontractors and vendors against the architectural and engineering firm. The grass roots construction resulted in a manufacturing plant containing state-of-the-art technology, making it one of the more efficient food processing plants of its kind.
