Represented a woman who had an allergic reaction to a medication.  Several days after treatment at a local hospital, she returned to the hospital when her symptoms continued.  The medication, which caused her allergic reaction, was administered to her even after a do not dispense order had been placed in her charts.  As a result, the woman passed away several days later.  The case settled after mediation.
