Successfully represented defendant, Andin International Inc., owned by Aya Azrialant, a jewelry designer accused of copyright infringement of a mother child pendant design copyrighted by the plaintiff.  After a full trial on the merits, the court found no substantial similarity and ruled in favor of the defendant.
