Kimberly Scott focuses her practice on outsourcing agreements, technology licensing, and contracts and commercial agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Scott was an associate in the Atlanta office of an international law firm where she focused on debt finance and represented clients on a variety of syndicated finance and general corporate lending matters with a primary emphasis on life science and healthcare institutions.

While attending the University of Georgia School of Law, Ms. Scott was a research assistant to Dean Peter B. Rutledge and Professors David Shipley and Sonja West and served as a student practitioner for the University of Georgia Business Law Clinic. Ms. Scott also interned for Fox Cable Networks in Los Angeles, California and the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation in Atlanta, Georgia. She received multiple awards and honors including the ABA-Bloomberg BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Intellectual Property Law and the CALI Award for Excellence in the Study of Civil Procedure. Ms. Scott was a student member of the Atlanta Intellectual Property American Inn of Court and was an Editorial Board member and Notes Editor for the Georgia Law Review.
