Mr. Rosenberg focuses his practice on trademark, copyright and domain name counseling and enforcement. During law school, he was a managing editor of the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal, the oldest law review in the United States devoted to the impact of computers and technology on the law. Mr. Rosenberg also participated in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition in Trademark and Unfair Competition Law, organized by the International Trademark Association (INTA). He has significant experience as an intellectual property paralegal in both law firm and in-house settings, including trademark portfolio management, intellectual property due diligence, and domain name acquisition and recovery.

Mr. Rosenberg was recognized in 2017 and the four years immediately preceding as a New York "Rising Star" in the area of Intellectual Property by Super Lawyers magazine.
