Thomas Rajala concentrates his practice on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and construction law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rajala was a partner in another Stockholm law firm. He has also served as an assistant judge for the District Court of Stockholm. For many years he worked as an assistant professor at the University of Stockholm. Mr. Rajala is fluent in Swedish and English.
