Jessica Pratt focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, including cases involving trademarks and trade dress, unfair competition, copyrights, and internet disputes. Representative clients in litigated matters include adidas America Inc., Chrysler Group LLC, E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, Georgia Pacific Consumer Products LP, Johnson Controls Battery Group, Inc., and U-Haul International, Inc. Ms. Pratt has significant experience representing clients in intellectual property disputes in federal district courts across the nation, as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Ms. Pratt also has experience advising clients in trademark prosecution and enforcement.

Ms. Pratt devotes a considerable amount of time to pro bono matters, including work with the Anti-Defamation League, the Southern Center for Human Rights, and Hands On Atlanta.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pratt served as a clerk to the Honorable Edward E. Carnes, Chief Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. While in law school, Ms. Pratt served as an Articles Editor for the Emory Law Journal and received the Wall Street Journal Student Achievement Award and the Dean's Award of Achievement in: Criminal Law, Trademark Law, and Legal Research, Writing and Advocacy.

Ms. Pratt was recognized as a Georgia "Rising Star" in 2016 and 2017 in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine.
