Sterling Perkinson focuses his practice in the areas of qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, executive compensation, pension plan investments and ERISA fiduciary issues. Prior to law school, Mr. Perkinson worked for three years as an accountant for a global accounting firm.

Mr. Perkinson was recognized by Business North Carolina magazine's "Legal Elite" as a "Young Gun" in 2008.
