Raquel Pacheco focuses her practice on patent prosecution, strategic patent portfolio development, and freedom-to-operate analyses with an emphasis in computer, software, audio technologies and financial networks. Ms. Pacheco has several years of previous experience focused on patent and trademark litigation. 

Prior to joining the legal profession, Ms. Pacheco was an engineer at Hewlett-Packard managing co-development R&D projects for emerging technologies and software platforms for computer peripheral devices.

While in law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Intellectual Property Law Bulletin.
