Shayne O’Reilly focuses his practice on all aspects of intellectual property, including patent litigation, patent prosecution, due diligence investigations, counseling, patent reexamination proceedings, licensing, and other transactional work. He practices in a wide range of technologies, including computer hardware and software systems, telecommunications, electronic reader devices, internet related technologies, financial systems, medical devices, and document security systems. Mr. O’Reilly is a registered patent attorney before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. O’Reilly has represented Fortune 500 companies in patent infringement lawsuits. He has provided value-added assistance in many aspects of patent litigation, including written discovery practice, motion practice and validity and infringement investigations. Mr. O’Reilly regularly prepares and prosecutes patent applications on behalf of clients both in the United States and internationally.
