Nick Nieto’s practice is primarily focused on construction and real estate law. He has assisted owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in a variety of construction-related transactions and disputes. Nick has been involved in the negotiation of contracts, settlement agreements, and promissory notes. Additionally, he has experience filing and removing liens on both residential and commercial projects, asserting and defending bond claims, and resolving disputes over title to real property.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick was a litigation associate in the Houston, Texas office of a well-established law firm in its construction, surety, litigation, and real estate practice sections.

While attending South Texas College of Law, Nick competed on its nationally recognized Moot Court Team and was the recipient of the Best Brief award at the William B. Spong Memorial Moot Court Competition hosted by William & Mary Law School.
