Yama Nezam is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on patent prosecution and counseling in the electrical and software fields. Mr. Nezam has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in a wide range of technologies, including wireless communication systems and devices, software, fiber-optics, electronics and semiconductor fabrication processes.

Prior to joining Kilpatrick Townsend, Mr. Nezam worked at a boutique IP law firm in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Additionally, Mr. Nezam’s technical experience includes six years at an IT consulting firm specializing in the field of satellite and wireless communications.
