Jeffrey Lenser concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, particularly insurance coverage. He has extensive experience representing policyholders in insurance recovery matters in federal and state courts across the country. By employing alternative dispute resolution as part of a comprehensive litigation strategy, he has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance proceeds for his clients.

Mr. Lenser has obtained insurance coverage for clients in several areas, including environmental, bodily injury, product liability, errors and omissions, and directors and officers. Mr. Lenser has particular experience obtaining insurance coverage on behalf of clients in the chemical and oil and gas industries. In this role, he has worked closely with insurance and environmental experts.

In 2011, Mr. Lenser was recommended in the area of Insurance by Legal 500 US. Mr. Lenser is also member of the Washington, D.C. team recognized as a Tier 1 practice in Insurance Recovery in 2011 by US News - Best Lawyers® "Best Law Firms." Mr. Lenser was recognized as a 2012 Washington D.C. "Super Lawyer" in the area of Insurance Coverage by SuperLawyers magazine.
