Torbjörn Hultsberg concentrates his practice on business transactions with particular emphasis on venture capital, private equity and mergers & acquisitions, as well as general corporate counseling for corporations and entrepreneurs.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Hultsberg served as an assistant judge and as a judge at the Svea Court of Appeal and District Court of Stockholm and also served as legal counsel of the Swedish Industries Federation.
