Andrew Gerber focuses his practice on trademark and copyright litigation, and has represented clients in a wide variety of fields ranging from entertainment to publishing to telecommunications to consumer products. Mr. Gerber is firmly committed to pro bono work at the firm and strives to dedicate a significant portion of his time to pro bono clients.

During law school, Mr. Gerber was an Associate Editor on the Michigan Journal of Race and Law and was the President of the Entertainment Law Students Association. He also served as judicial intern to the Honorable Joseph  McLaughlin, 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in the summer of 2001.

Mr. Gerber is a repeat recipient of the Legal Aid Society Pro Bono Service Award. He was selected as a New York "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers magazine in 2011. Mr. Gerber speaks proficient Spanish.
