Edwin Garrison focuses his practice on real estate, finance and capital markets, including representing commercial banks and loan servicers in connection with problem loans and distressed real estate collateral. Mr. Garrison advises clients with respect to loan defaults, workout negotiations, settlement negotiations, receiverships, title and lien-related issues, foreclosures, and judicial confirmation proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Garrison was an associate in the Atlanta office of a large law firm, where he advised commercial lenders in connection with defaulted loans, including workout, modification, restructuring, settlement, bankruptcy, litigation, foreclosures, and judicial confirmation proceedings.

While in law school, Mr. Garrison served as a legal intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Atlanta, Georgia during the spring semester of 2008.
