Angela Frazier focuses her practice on complex business transactions and technology related litigation matters. Ms. Frazier has experience litigating numerous types of matters, including matters involving contract disputes, software implementation, mergers, acquisitions, trade secret violations, earn-out disputes, class actions, FCRA, licensing agreements, regulatory matters, city government and bankruptcy issues.

While in law school, Ms. Frazier served as an extern for the Honorable Carl J. Barbier, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana.
