Meredith Francis focuses her practice on technology and business process outsourcing, commercial contracts, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and securities, as well as other general corporate transactions. Ms. Francis regularly assists customers and vendors with strategic outsourcing, systems integration, managed network services, software licensing and support, application service provider and software as well as service transactions, electronic commerce arrangements and other similar commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Francis worked as an associate in the Atlanta office of a national law firm where she assisted both public and privately held companies with a wide range of corporate and securities needs. She represented both buyers and sellers with mergers, acquisitions, financing and other complex business transactions. In addition, Ms. Francis frequently advised clients regarding corporate governance issues, assisted with company formation and related matters, and drafted, reviewed, and negotiated a wide variety of contracts.
