Jennifer Findley focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Findley was a law clerk to the Honorable C. Ashley Royal in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

While attending law school, Ms. Findley was Editor in Chief of the Mercer Law Review, a recipient of the Faculty Award for Outstanding Legal Writing, and a two-time participant in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition. She also worked as a law clerk in a Georgia-based litigation law firm and was an appellate intern in the Appellate Division of the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council in Atlanta, Georgia.

Prior to launching her legal career, Ms. Findley studied Music and Intellectual History at the University of Vienna and the University of Cambridge. She received her Masters from the University of Chicago, where she wrote her thesis on the influence of music on modern European intellectual and cultural development. Ms. Findley also taught European History at colleges in both San Diego, California and Chicago, Illinois.
